🛒 ORDER STUFF
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at support@betylight.com — we’ll try to catch it before it’s out the door.
Once it ships, it’s locked in — but you can still return it later if needed.
Q: Did I just order a pre-order item?
A: If the product page says pre-order or made-to-order, yep — that’s the one.
These custom pieces take up to 3–4 weeks before shipping. We’ll keep you updated while it’s being made. Patience = premium style.
📦 SHIPPING & TRACKING
Q: Where’s my order at?
A: You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A:
7–12 business days
(Remember: shipping time starts after your order’s been sent out, not when you hit “buy.”)
Q: Entered the wrong address?
A: Happens to the best of us. If it hasn’t shipped yet, email us fast at support@betylight.com and we’ll try to fix it.
If it’s already on the road, it’s in the hands of the shipping gods.
💸 PAYMENTS & TECH STUFF
Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, — safe, encrypted, and smooth.
Q: Can I pay in my local currency?
A: Yep. We accept USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, and more.
Your bank handles any currency conversions automatically.
Q: My card got declined — what’s up?
A: Could be a typo, expired card, or your bank blocking it for security.
Double-check your billing info, then try again. Still no luck? Contact your bank — they usually fix it quick.
Q: Was I charged twice?
A: What you’re seeing is probably a temporary authorization hold — it’ll disappear within 48–72 hours.
Still showing after that? Reach out to your bank or email us.
🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: Can I exchange something?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us — we’ll see if we can switch it up.
If it’s already shipped, no worries — return it and grab the one you want instead.
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: You’ve got 14 days from when your package arrives to decide.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.

Q: Do I pay for return shipping?
A: Yep — unless it was our bad.
If we sent you the wrong item or there’s a defect, we’ll cover the cost.
📏 FITS & DROPS
Q: How do I pick my size?
A: Check the size chart on each product page.

Q: Will sold-out stuff restock?
A: Some do, some don’t. Limited drops = limited heat.
